Voice AI: Multi-Calendar Appointment Booking

The on-submit experience has been fully upgraded. You now get a proper editor, richer formatting, mobile and desktop layouts, and a live preview while you design.

Instead of a basic “thanks for submitting” message, you can now create a branded follow-up moment. Add structure, spacing, styling and clear next steps.

This helps guide users after submission, reinforces trust and makes every form feel intentional and professional rather than rushed or generic.

Social Planner: Multiple Watermark Support

You can now upload and manage multiple watermarks inside Social Planner and assign a different one to each social account.

This is a big win for agencies and multi-brand setups. Every post is automatically branded correctly without switching files or re-uploading assets.

It cuts manual work, reduces mistakes and keeps every client’s content clean, consistent and on-brand across all channels.

Workflows: Inbound Do-Not-Disturb (DND) Triggers & Actions

Inbound DND is now available, giving you control over spam and unwanted calls before they reach your CRM.

You can now filter inbound traffic based on direction and rules, stopping junk leads, robocalls and spam from creating records or triggering workflows.

This keeps your pipelines clean, protects your data quality and saves your team time without affecting genuine enquiries or existing automations.

Phone System: Custom Call Dispositions

You can now create custom call dispositions that reflect the outcomes that actually matter to your business.

After a call, users can select a defined outcome which can then trigger automations, follow-ups or reporting.
