New AI, Voice, Workflow, Email & Business Tools Have Landed

It’s been a big week for Brainbox.

A whole batch of new features has landed across the platform, with some genuinely useful additions for businesses using Brainbox to manage leads, customers, marketing and automation.

🤖 Managed AI Agents Can Now Run Inside Workflows

Managed Agents can now be triggered directly from Brainbox workflows.

That means a workflow can move beyond simple “if this, then that” automation and hand a task over to an AI Agent that can interpret information, reason through it and take the appropriate next step.

It opens up some seriously interesting possibilities for automated lead research, qualification, customer handling and admin.

📞 Transfer Calls Without Giving Out Personal Numbers

Calls can now be transferred directly to Brainbox users without needing to expose their personal mobile numbers.

Incoming calls can be routed to the right person while keeping personal contact details private — particularly useful for sales teams, customer service teams and businesses with remote staff.

🗣️ Voice AI Gets a Major Upgrade

There are several big Voice AI improvements this week.

Outbound Speech-to-Speech calls allow Voice AI Agents to make outbound calls with faster, more natural conversations.

GPT-Live-1 brings real-time listening, natural interruptions and far fewer of those awkward pauses that traditionally make AI calls sound robotic.

Speech-to-Speech Voice AI is also being expanded into the Chat Widget, giving businesses another way for customers to have natural voice conversations with AI.

And Brainbox Voice AI can now automatically detect spam calls, end unwanted conversations and block repeat offenders.

💬 Ask AI Can Run Multiple Conversations

You no longer have to wait for Ask AI to finish one job before starting another.

Multiple AI sessions can run simultaneously in the background, so you can start another task while the previous one continues working.

A small change that could make a surprisingly big difference when you're using Ask AI throughout the working day.

🎨 Generate AI Images Automatically Inside Workflows

Brainbox workflows can now create images automatically.

For example, an automation could generate an image based on information collected from a contact, campaign or workflow and then use that image later in the automation.

That creates some very interesting opportunities for personalised marketing.

👀 Workflows Can Now Analyse Images

It works the other way too.

An image can be passed into a workflow and analysed by AI. Brainbox can identify what's in the image, extract information and turn what it sees into usable text or data for the next stage of the automation.

🎬 Ask AI Can Create Video & Audio

Ask AI can now turn a prompt into video content complete with synced audio and natural-sounding voiceovers.

Instead of jumping between several different pieces of software, more of the content creation process can now happen directly inside Brainbox.

✉️ Email AI Is Now Built Into Ask AI

You can create, edit and preview email templates using Email AI without leaving Ask AI.

Email AI can also restore previous versions of an email template, so if you've changed a design and decide the previous version was better, you can simply revert it.

That one could save a few choice words being shouted at the computer. 😂

🧠 Choose the AI Model That Suits the Job

Brainbox AI Agent Actions now offer models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, giving users more choice over which AI model handles a particular workflow task.

Different models can be selected depending on the type of work and level of reasoning required.

📊 Better Dashboard Reporting

Dashboard metrics can now understand whether an increase or decrease is actually good or bad.

For example, an increase in sales is positive — but an increase in unsubscribes isn't.

Metric polarity lets you configure Brainbox so reporting reflects what the numbers actually mean to your business.

🛒 £0 Checkout Without Card Details

Forms and surveys can now process £0 orders without asking customers to enter card details.

That's useful for free trials, samples, complimentary products, registrations, lead magnets and other zero-cost offers.

🎟️ Event Management Arrives

Brainbox can now be used to create and manage events.

Businesses can set up events, promote them, manage registrations, sell tickets and handle both online and in-person events from within the platform.

That removes yet another reason to pay for a separate piece of software.

📅 Appointments Inside the Client Portal

Customers can now manage their appointments directly from the Brainbox Client Portal.

They can view upcoming appointments, book, reschedule, cancel and rebook without needing to contact the business.

📱 QR Codes in Apple & Google Wallet

QR codes created in Brainbox can now be saved directly into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Great for tickets, memberships, offers, check-ins, loyalty schemes and anywhere customers need quick access to a QR code.

🛡️ Better Chat Widget Spam Protection

Brainbox Chat Widgets now have improved spam protection designed to stop junk submissions without making genuine visitors jump through unnecessary hoops.

📣 Better Targeting for Announcements

Advanced audience filters give businesses more control over exactly who sees particular announcements.

That means messages can be targeted at relevant accounts and users rather than displaying everything to everybody.
